Refund policy

By placing an order through Magrim you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.

A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

B. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at Magrimwatch@gmail.com or come to our store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return your product, you should contact our mail.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

D. EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at Magrimwatch@gmail.com or come to our store.

E. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

F. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 

To return your product, please contact us at Magrimwatch@gmail.com and we will provide you with further assistance.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost / Unclaimed Parcels

Magrim accepts no responsibility for lost or unclaimed packages. Online tracking is available to you and is sent to you via email once you place an order. It is your responsibility to track the item. We urge customers to access their tracking code if there is a delay in tracking and/or receiving your order. If a wrong address information is inputted into the checkout page, or some information is missing when an order is placed on the website, and as a result, a parcel is returned to us or destroyed, it is the customer’s responsibility for paying any fees involved in order to re-send the parcel to the correct address. We do not accept refunds for returned or destroyed parcels due to wrong address information, unclaimed parcels and/or missing information.
